Walter has presented our UAV work on Lirung Glacier at the AGU Fall Meeting session “Climate and the Changing Cryosphere in High Asia II”. During his presentation he showed the methods and results of the related paper as well as this flyby video of the high-resolution 3D model:

Philip Kraaijenbrink started as a PhD student at Utrecht University on September 1st. He will work on the Climate-KIC funded PhD project “IceSpy: monitoring glacier dynamics using unmanned aerial vehicles”.
